I use bumble and bumble extra holding spray but it make sit crunchy AND it wears off in a few hours(3-4)
i like curling myhair but it NEVER stays in place longer than an hour w/o product, my hiar is very silky, soft and smooth and its below my collarbone

To keep your hir in a pony use two ponytails instead of one. Put the second one right under the first.The hair will not be as heavy and won't pull out of the pony holder/covered rubber band. Your hair will look longer also with the two. I had to do that with my daughter's hair many times especially in sports.To get and keep curls use a hard to hold gel or mousse. Then use the hot sticks! They held my daughters very hard to curl hair for all day. Also during pageants when she did gymnastics and several clothes changes. I would use a small amount of hair on each stick and wrap the end really well so it won't stick out or make a hook. Use the smallest sticks around the front if that is where you want the best curls to last longer. I used a reg set and then a travel set on her thick straight hair and it worked great. She is grown now but I well remember trying to get curls for her. Even a permanent didn't work. But the hot stks and gel worked great! We used them all the way through high school for proms,dances, Val sweetheart, class fav,etc.Leave the sticks in until the hair and roller are thoroughly cool! If you just want body you can put lots of hair on each large roller and start at the top of your head and roll it all the way to your head and then repeat all over. For wavy use all of the rollers with a med amount of hair on each.Have fun!

A holding spray that does not make the hair hard. Try Redkin products, I bet they have one for JUST that. They even have spray that makes cig smoke not take over the smell of ur hair. Cool right? try Pedkins, a little expensive but worth it,.

my hair is silky, and very soft and smooth also. the products I've tried never works for my hair. they don't last long.

Wel I don’t know about your sprays. How ever it wont going to help u in longer term. You may face premature hair loosening

TIGI liquid gel. It holds well while hair will still be soft to touch~

Use hairspray and hair gel, but blowdry your hair while it is still wet. This will work, I guarantee it.
