Honestly girl not only do we(women) not know the answer to that question, but neither do most men. You know we have to weed them out and find just the right one to compliment us exactly. It's like peach cobbler and ice cream. Both things are very good by them selves but when put together they make an awesome match.

Men want a woman to satisfy them in every way and I'm quite sure thats what a woman want. Intimidation only comes if a man is not working and a woman is holding down the bills on her own. But and listen to this if a man keep the house clean and cook for the lady while at work its no intimidation at all......

Yes, sometimes intimidated. Though I look great physically I still consider myself shy. I am attracted (very much so) to outgoing and attractive women, the type who have a lot of people hanging around them. So, in instances where I am with the woman I love or am in to, yes, I can be intimidated.
I have no intimidation issues when it comes to a smart woman who makes more $$ than me, that's nothing to me.
So to answer the very first question: I am attracted to a woman with the desire to learn the rest of her life, to try new things (and introduce me to new things that I would never consider trying on my own), athletic, outgoing, attractive . . .
Now, for your information (I find it helps when I ask a similar question) I'm 6'3", 185 pounds, well muscled, master's degree, invest in both the stock market and real estate, tan & athletic. As I said earlier I'm shy but love to talk one-on-one. Talking with other people and learning is such a turn-on to me.
I hope that helps. Sometimes when ya just get a response without knowing what the other person is like can be a little hollow.
Good luck.

We want sex, Mom, and apple pie.
That is to say, we want the sex, we want all the good stuff that comes from "mommy" -- the security of a relationship, the intimacy, even though we may not be good at helping to create it, and we want the mothering, or the maid service.
We want good food and then a good copulation.
Are we ever intimidated? Heck yes, especially when a woman stands up for herself and won't take any b-s. Many of us are scared of strong women. We joke about them and call them dykes and lesbians, or feminazis, but the truth many of us, namely the so-called "conservatives," want to take us back to the medieval times when a woman shut up, stayed barefoot and in the kitchen.
Now, actually, the postmodern man knows that women are different from each other, and not to expect any one thing from a woman. He wants only what she is able and willing to give, and he knows love, sex, and friendship are two way streets in a healthy relationship. The post-modern man is not intimidated by women because he is confident in who he is, and he enjoys the adventure of getting to know a woman.

You can make it very easy for yourself if you just ask them. They don't expect much. Looks to them are great but not the only thing they look for. Most men understand that women are not perfect. That is what they fantasize, and we all know we can't always get what we fantasize. They want what you have to offer, they want you to trust them, when you don't trust them, that's what makes them stray. When first being introduced to women, of course they are intimidated. That is because they don't know what you want. They want to be "THE MAN" and they don't know how until they know what you want.

i'm a guy, and I just want her to love me as much as I love her. Ofcourse pleasure is important as well...
Most men are intimidated by intelligent women, but if you are, just be yourself, don't fake being dumb, you will only seem fake to him once he figures you out. The right guy will come along.
