FTC sight on computer scams will help.
I for one think they are all out for your money,and tell people lonely people what they want to hear,and show them pictures of fabulous people they will never meet.
Save your money go shopping at the malls,or to some local art & antique fest.,or to a coffee/book shop and accidentally run into her or him.
Nothings guaranteed look at old ones like me still looking,hahahaha :(

I met my fiance on Findsomeone.com. Like any other on-line dating service there are real and fake people on there. But I for one was fortunate and met a real woman and am grateful for it.

depends where you are located. lavalife.com has many people but costs to $, findsomeone.com has a trial membership or lemontonic.com which has limited people but free.
try them all is my advice.
