Teh Tarik. The name is means pulled tea in malay. Commonly drunk in Malaysia and Singapore. Made by first mixing tea dust in boiling water. Then filtered to remove the teas leaves bits. Sweetened condensed milk is then added. This tea mixture is then poured and pulled repeatedly between two containers held on the left and right hands, increasing the distance apart as you pour. The final product is a thick, sweet, frothy milk tea.
If you have not tried it, why not try it out this weekend.
Cheers.

I discovered Salada Green Tea.. Purple Antioxidants this week in my grocery shopping. It is by far the best tea I have ever tasted. And good for you too. It has a blueberry flavor to it. Excellent!

There are a variety of teas out there for different purposes not just for taste. For taste I like Peppermint and Red Zinger but they also affect the health. Peppermint is good for an upset stomach and digestion whereas Red Zinger has many things good for the health and immune system. I drank Essiac I made for myself from fresh herb mixture in a bag bought online from Mountain Rose Herbs in Oregon. It is good for health problems of humans and pets along with excellent to help with cyst and cancer patients. There are mixtures designed for stress and to help with relaxation so one can sleep better e.g. Camomile. But I like a variety. I drink Black tea from England my sister sends me also.
