Maybe your first red flag should be that "you do everything he wants" Men are more apt to appreciate a woman that "helps" and isn't a doormat of "get this, do that". Unfortunately we have to kiss alot of toads to finally get to our Prince Charming. Just be yourself and don't try to be someone that your not and the right guy will come along. The more time you spend on looking for Mr Right, the more "toads" you'll find, let him find you naturally and in the right time.

Join the crowd..I'm having a hard time too. I say don't move too fast and pay attention to the red flags. These signs will tell you the type of man they and once you see that they are no good for you, cut them off quickly before it leads to anything.
As far as meeting men, my advice is to stop looking. If you want to be in places where decent men are try hanging out at book stores, libraries, sports bars, church, weddings and coffee shops.

If you stop to make them feel like you in such a big need for him, and make him feel like he needs you - maybe things can change... Plus don't forget - then more you "give" then more you expect back, and guy maybe not an asshole just somebody different then you expect... And try to see it in the beginning - if he is somebody you want to be with or he is somebody you try to adjust for your expectations... Grown people doesn't change a lot, but it's doesn't mean they all are bad or wrong... they wrong for you - that's all....

STOP doing everything for them. They have NO respect for you. Knowing what you will and won't put up with and letting them know isn't a turn off. I found a guy who I told 50/50 in this relationship or get out. So we do things for eachother. He knows i respect myself so he respects me. So start liking yourself girl!
