when its time for daddy to come home, have her see how fast she can run to the potty, and have daddy meet her there and give her praise for doing so good. make a game out of it

Maybe she's just tired at that time of day, or she's found it gets attention she wouldn't otherwise receive right then. Whatever the reason, the best thing you can do for her is to minimize response to the accidents, no more than an "oops" and a quick change.

HOWEVER

You are hearing a lot of concern from many us because it sounds like you are leaving out something important regarding the timing of her accidents. Is she squealing with delight, waiting to jump into dad's arm's? Is she ignoring or avoiding him? Before you dismiss us as over-reacting, give it all some time to roll around in the back of you head. If you find yourself with a gut-level feeling that makes you even a little uneasy, you MUST NOT ignore it.

Been there, denied it at first.

Sounds like she is independent when your around but still feels the need to be a "baby" when dad is around. I'm not sure of the steps that you have already taken but I would suggest that when dad gets home have him take her to the bathroom, and always praise good behaviour. Try the sticker and chart routine.. It gets them more motivated when they know that there will be something special when she has enough stickers ( for a 3 years old I would start out with about 4 stickers then she gets a small treat. See how that works. Good luck

It's hard to tell. She may be having them when dad comes home because she is just so excited to see him, that she ignores her body's signals telling her it's time to go.
Or it may be as other's have said, that something really wrong is happening with her and daddy. Maybe he just isn't very nice to her, so she get's his attention that way. Or maybe she is afraid of him, in which case you need to find out why. Ask your daughter some questions. She is still honest enough to answer you without covering up for him. It may be hard to believe, but you wouldn't want to dismiss this without investigating all possibilities. Good Luck... And I hope all goes well.

Be patient, be loving.

Take her to a child psychiatrist.

Monitor her closely. Why do you think she's having them when her father comes home from work? Watch them closely. How does he treat her?

How long have you known your husband? On the other hand, it may have nothing to do with him. Maybe it's the feeding schedule.

Don't yell at your child when this happens. Stay calm. Go back over the potty training basics. Use video, books, whatever you can get. Ask your librarian and any early childhood education people you can talk to.

There is a medicine called Ditropan. A urologist has to prescribe it. It helps to enlarge the childs bladder. I used it when I was around 10 years old because I still had night time accidents. I know it's embarassing but it worked wonders for me!

SHES 3 ....dont get upset with her, its a natural thing...im sure you had accidents longer than that..she hasnt fully developed her muscles to control it so dont worry its just from getting exited about seeing her dad. but please dont put her down or tell her that was wrong because that will only slow the process and make her feel insecure, just encourage her and let her know that its ok people have accidents sometimes

She is still very young. Be patient. This eventually will stop. Some kids aren't fully trained till there 4. Just remeber That no one goes to kindergarten in diapers.

Make your home child safe where it is possible to do so.

For examples, cabinet doors and drawers are kept closed with child proof locks, power points with plug-in dummy pins, gates for stairs, child-safe furnitures, toys, etc.

Review how her Dad plays with her, work out some safety first rules in the play and make the rules as part of the game.

There might be a problem there. You might want to take her to the doctor. Sometimes accidents is a sign of fear or nervousness. Or maybe she is looking for more attention from Daddy. Try having daddy spend some one on one time with her. But first ask her what she wants, and don't push her if she does not want to. If she does not want to spend time with daddy or feels afraid then I would look into that ok.

Have her checked for a bladder infection.
You really do need to look into the anxiety issue. Incontinence when it is related to a specific time/person is pretty ominous.
Please do have a child psychologist check her out. It doesn't have to be sex it could be as simple as his deep voice or intimidating size, but do please get a professional involved.
