Americans can, of course, visit these places easily, but if you want to immigrate, become a permanent resident, and maybe even become a citizen, then you have to go through a usually long and difficult process to get a visa.
Canada will let you in if you have family and working skills. This may take a few months. If you don't have skills, forget it. You would need to provide police reports from everywhere you've ever lived, medical reports, etc. And you'd also need to prove that you could support yourself for one year (about 12,000 dollars) while you find your way around... Australia has programs to quickly process visas for people with skills who are willing to go to a specific part of Australia to work...Europe is another story. It's difficult to get a work permit (unless you are a black football player) and to immigrate. You'd need to check each country's requirements.

Canada does not admit anyone with any record of criminal convictions, not even for a tourist visa or on Visa Waiver Program. You have been denied entry 4 times? There is no way you can immigrate to Canada. And it is highly unlikely you can ever visit, either. Almost all countries deny visas to anyone with any criminal record, so it is highly unlikely you could be approved for immigration anywhere. It usually does not matter what the conviction is for, and most countries ban people with misdemeanors, not just felony convictions. You would have to research each country since you know exactly what these matters entail, but from your info here, it appears you cannot go anywhere.

Immigration is difficult. If you want to live in Europe get ready to fill out tons of forms, and there language is an issue. My advice is be rich, patient and have some super good story.

Some countries, such as Australia, will only take in immigrants who have particular skills or a certain amount of money in the bank. So it depends on what you will be adding to the country you want to immigrate to.

I would certainly hope so. The way things are going here, I want to find another country and call it mine, too! Requirements to live in my country: speak MY language!
