I would have called 911 with my cell for some help, then I'd whip out my little bottle of perfume from my purse. See Guys - That is why we carry purses... just in case things like this happen. ;)

Probably say whoops!, hold my nose and cover my mouth if necessary, and possibly laugh out loud. Working with other people in the health field, you sometimes just have to be tender and understanding about it. It could happen to anyone....probably not me, of course. (ha, ha)
Also I'd be praying that the problem with the malfunctioning elevator would be corrected shortly.
I wish you the best on all future elevator rides you take.

Groan out loud and put a hand over my nose. I wouldnt have to say anything, only 3 of us there and it wasnt me, so.........
So what if it embarrased the person? who else besides the 3 of us is gonna know anyway. And it just might have been me....... hahaha yeah, sometimes girls fart too.

I'd make light of the situation. I'd make a joke to the person while insulting them ... "Awe Sirr???? its 92º in here, w/ no lights, 3 of us stuck here for possibly hours, and you have to let one? I hope you did'nt eat beans or chili for dinner last night b/c we're in for a long wait."

Whip it out and pee on them. By the time they found our bodies, the elevator would no doubt be covered in excrement, urine, poisonous vapors, spit, and blood.
...basically a mosh pit.
