Okay.. So I think its fair to say we all dont mind when the topic of what you believe in comes up and opinions are said weather or not they are the same as yours.. But when someone is pushing there opinion as the right way only onto you.. then its annoying! I AGREE!!

A good discussion is always FANTASTIC as long as both parties or one does not leave the discussion with the $hits because of what the other has said...Some people need to remember that an opinion is just that, opinion.. there is no right or wrong answer.. Hopefully we can all be adults and discuss it in a respectful manner aye!

No....because I have strong convictions in what I believe. Me standing by my convictions is better than any preaching I could do.
I've had coworkers tell me that my talk about God scares men off....I think it's God's way of protecting me and I won't compromise there. When people try to change my beliefs, it lets me know where they stand on things.

It depends on how they try to change them. If they are abrasive and attacking then yes, but if we can sit down and have a rational discussion about our beliefs and we can both have our say and then decide what we want to believe then no. But that requires an open mind and well we both know there arent many people out there with one of those.

Yes, I do get annoyed at people that try to change my beliefs. The sad part is they think their point of view is the only valid one. Most of the time, I just ignore those people.

Yes and no. Somedays I am up for a good debate and argument, and other days, it's like okay enough is enough this is a democracy everyones opinion and beliefs are acceptable religious or other.

I just agree to disagree and I enjoy hearing what other people think even if I don't agree with them. To earn the right to share a belief is to hear out their belief.

I don't get annoyed at someone who wants to have a reasonable, level-headed discussion about our differences. I do get annoyed when people are stubborn or rude--when they don't respect my beliefs for being different.

For some reason, discussions about religion and politics often fall into the latter category.

Yes. I'm a Christian so I believe only in spreading the word about Christ. It's horrible to say it that way, but I know the only truth and I want to spread it. I've actually tried once but that person never spoke to me again, so I left him alone. It's his choice.

What I can't stand is how Christianity has become so intolerant when it's supposed to promote peace, love, and true happiness. It is good to evangelize, but not if you are continually pestering somebody.

you can try to convince me -- I love a good debate for one, and I may learn something that I never knew or thought of before, and it might change my views. just be respectful. It doesn't matter how much sense you're making, if you talk to me like I'm a 2 year old, or scream and swear at me, I'm not gonna hear much else.
