I need some help finding the actual laws about, marrying a immagrant, and border passes. My brother has married a mexican and we want to know if the marriage is VOID becouse they didnt go about it the right way. She also has a 50 mile border pass, and well she is way over 50 miles and her family says it dont hurt it still makes her legal ... WE JUST WANT HER TO GO AWAY.. perferbaly way way down somewhere in MEXICO

if her pass only allows her a 50 mile radius and she has gone beyond that...THAT'S ILLEGAL.
report her to INS.
