You really should have seen a doctor about a month ago. Since you are not apparently ill and since your period came, it is very likely that you are OK. The doctor will still wish to examine you. That is normal. A D and C is not required in all cases. Again, it's probably too late for that procedure having been about a month. Don't worry. A doctor works for you. You have the right to ask questions. You have the right to be fully informed. Again, don't worry. I am sorry about your recent loss.

It is likely the doctor will want to check to make sure your uterus has gone back to normal and may want to do a pap smear, unless you had one recently. Yes, this will involve touching your private parts, but had your pregnancy continued, you would have experienced a lot of that. Most miscarriages, especially in early pregnancy, don't mean there is anything wrong with you. Usually, something goes wrong in the development of the baby. Still, it is best to make sure that everything is healthy before you try again. Don't worry. It will be just fine. This is a good chance for you to try to get more comfortable with your doctor, which will be very important when you get pregnant again.

Hi Sarah,
Please don't worry honey, you do need a doctor's attention, try & relax & let him examine you. You don't want anything from the miscarriage to make you sick now do you ? Sometimes if there is something still left behind they may need to see if it has to be cleaned out. Have a friend go with you they will let someone come in the room with you if that would make you feel more comfortable.
Take a deep breath & just get through it the very best you can.

I had a miscarriage in January and you most likely will require a D&C or D& E depending on how far along you were. It doesn't hurt and they put you under for it, you are up and walking around like normal a few hours later. Nothing to be scared of. :)

He is gonna look "down there" he has to ..you can't walk around with this "miscarriage" inside of you ...you need to have a DNC and get it cleaned out
there is no need to be afraid it doesnt hurt and you don't have to be hospitalized for it ...you can leave as soon as you are done and please look into some sort of birth control while you are there , i have a feeling that you are not even old enough to be having sex let alone a baby

good luck

get to the doctor asap, you can't fool around with something like that, the doctor will have to examine you to be sure there is not an infection and try to see why you misscarried.

You could be carrying around things inside you that you should have cleaned out, hiding from it will never help you, in fact it could make you very ill.
