I have had fantastic experiences with T-tapp! It really helped my posture and my knee, which is always achy due to an old injury. I would highly recommend picking up the beginning tapes and giving it a try! Excellent workout!

If you are talking about toe tap abdominal exercises then HECK YES! My abs have responded very well. This is when you lie on your back bracing your arms straight toward your legs (against the floor). Then lift your knees up so that your lower legs are parallel to the floor. Lower one pointed toe to the floor counting a slow 1-2-3-4 then count slow 1-2-3-4- back up. Repeat each leg 6 times. This really helps firm up lower abdominal muscles. Try to crunch your belly button to your spine the whole time. Relax your shoulders if you can. Before putting both feet down at the end, bring your heels to your bottom, relaxing your knees. This will help prevent back strain. It's hard as a bugger at first, but after a few days you'll feel a difference.
