a hooker stands on a corner waiting to be picked up for a job, once picked up they drive off and go where no one else is and does what they do best, then gets cash under the table and walks off happy.

an illegal stands on a corner waiting to be picked up by a van to car them off to a farm, they go where no one else and and do what they do, they get paid under the table and walk off happy.

IS THERE ANY DIFFERANCE TO THE ILLEGALNESS OF THE TWO?

The difference is first of all you can't get AIDS by having someone cut you're yard and second, most people would you rather pay someone 3 times less to do the same work most Americans would not want to do. Would you take a job out in the hot Sun for 5 bucks an hour? Come on man! You should be more worried about the professional jobs that are being shipped overseas to India and China. Are you a landscaper or in construction? Is that why you are so upset? Or do you just hate Mexicans? Dude! If you are worried about competing with someone who speaks no English, you have issues.

Unlike the illegals nobody is protesting on any hooker's corner yelling "do not hire hookers" or "hookers go home".Though i'm sure just like the hookers everyone has used an illegal at least once in their lives but just like with the hookers some are ashamed to admitt it because of what others will think.Though now i wonder how many hookers are illegal....hmm maybe that's a good question on here to ask.

BOTH ARE ILLEGAL ACTS, so no, to the illegalness.

BUT you didn't say if the hooker is a citizen or here legally. If she is, then she is only breaking ONE law, the illegal TWO. There's your difference.

The American hooker gets prosecuted and the illegal goes free.

Yes, the hooker is entitled to the protection of US laws and the illegal does not.

very much so,the act of standing on corner in and of itself by an american citizen (i am assuming the hooker to be US citizen in our little story ,right?) is NOT illegal until offer of sex for consideration is made and accepted ,but the presence of illegals is a defacto CRIME wheather or not they are hired-GET THEM OUT!

Nope. A crime is a crime is a crime. And if the hooker was picked up by a cop, she would be in jail. What about the "illegal immigrant"?
