Simple - Once you're in the drive thru line, you cannot get out. Can't back out.. can't drive out. You're stuck! Might as well turn up the radio and enjoy the scenery!

I realize that...I used to work in fast food. But the customers don't usually realize this, nor do they care because some idiot a long time ago put it in people's heads that the customer is always right. Now people think they can do and say whatever they want to you and you can't say or do anything about it. They're just arrogant a**holes, that's all. I'm so glad I got out of that business a long time ago.

I don't know. One of my pet peeves is when the drive thru people have you pull forward (away from the last window when there isn't even anyone behind you yet) and they will bring the food out to you.

I have no idea. I understand people sitting there for a few seconds while they check to make sure that their order is correct, but after that it starts to bother me as well!
