The best is "Oh The Places You'll Go" by Dr. Seuss. It is a LONG "poem" of sorts (it's actually a children's book)...but you can always pick out really good snipets for graduates like...
Congratulations!
Today is your day.
You're off to Great Places!
You're off and away!
You have brains in your head.
You have feet in your shoes
You can steer yourself
any direction you choose.
You're on your own. And you know what you know.
And YOU are the guy (or in your case GIRL) who'll decide where to go.
OR
And will you succeed?
Yes! You will, indeed!
(98 and 3 / 4 percent guaranteed.)
KID, YOU'LL MOVE MOUNTAINS!
So...
be your name Buxbaum or Bixby or Bray
or Mordecai Ali Van Allen O'Shea,
you're off to Great Places!
Today is your day!
Your mountain is waiting.
So...get on your way!

I have original poems below that may help your daughter. I wrote them with the hope that they may serve as inspirations for people around the world.
THE GLORY AND JOY THAT IS VICTORY
When it seems that all odds are against you
When you feel all alone and blue
Just look up high and believe because its true
That God the Almighty is watching over you.
He'll be your strength and your armor
To overcome your fears and tears
His are the shoulders you can cry on
Why be afraid to face the coming years?
Great mountains are there for you to climb
And the blue skies for you to soar high
God gives you the power to dream, to aspire
And to achieve things that your heart desires.
Make His words your countless guides
In living the life that He alone provides
Use His love as your undefeatabe shield
With your commitment that you never will yield.
For he who surrenders will never see
THE GLORY AND JOY THAT IS VICTORY
Why give up your honor and dignity
Why keep believing that it will never be?

AT THE RIGHT TIME
Don't make your past a haunted place
Of guilt feelings you've always embraced
With that your world will move at a slow pace
To make your life a miserable disgrace.
Live in the present with your future in mind
A brighter tomorrow will then show its signs
Your smiles and laughters are not far behind
If you'd just aim to work towards God's line.
Persevere a lot without hesitations
Don't give up when faced with frustrations
There's a lot to give but a lot more to receive
AT THE RIGHT TIME that you just can't conceive.

I think this is the most inspirational poem ever writen. (my personal opinion of course)
Ithaca
When you set out on your journey to Ithaca,
pray that the road is long,
full of adventure, full of knowledge.
The Lestrygonians and the Cyclops,
the angry Poseidon -- do not fear them:
You will never find such as these on your path,
if your thoughts remain lofty, if a fine
emotion touches your spirit and your body.
The Lestrygonians and the Cyclops,
the fierce Poseidon you will never encounter,
if you do not carry them within your soul,
if your soul does not set them up before you.
Pray that the road is long.
That the summer mornings are many, when,
with such pleasure, with such joy
you will enter ports seen for the first time;
stop at Phoenician markets,
and purchase fine merchandise,
mother-of-pearl and coral, amber and ebony,
and sensual perfumes of all kinds,
as many sensual perfumes as you can;
visit many Egyptian cities,
to learn and learn from scholars.
Always keep Ithaca in your mind.
To arrive there is your ultimate goal.
But do not hurry the voyage at all.
It is better to let it last for many years;
and to anchor at the island when you are old,
rich with all you have gained on the way,
not expecting that Ithaca will offer you riches.
Ithaca has given you the beautiful voyage.
Without her you would have never set out on the road.
She has nothing more to give you.
And if you find her poor, Ithaca has not deceived you.
Wise as you have become, with so much experience,
you must already have understood what Ithacas mean.
Constantine P. Cavafy (1911)

Well, I heard this country song on the radio today driving home from work. It was about through her daughter's eyes...it was really sweet it made me cry! Although I am preggo with a lil girl, that could have been the main reason...lol.
Martina McBride
"In my daughter's eyes I can see the future
A reflection of who I am and what will be
Though she'll grow and someday leave
Maybe raise a family
When I'm gone I hope you see how happy
she made me
For I'll be there
In my daughter's eyes"

Life is mostly froth and bubble.
Two things stand like stone.
Compassion in anothers problem.
Courage in your own.
Author unknown.
Henry Wodsworth Longfellow.
Life that shall send a challenge to its end.
And when it comes ,say welcome my friend.
Faith is the bird that sees the light .
When the dawn is still dark.
If and buts were candy and nuts.
We would all have a Merry Christmas.

My Sweet Angel
My sweet, precious angel sent from above.
You've come to watch over and show me love.
My frowns you have turned into smiles.
Through a period of time and over many miles.
Right from the start you touched my heart.
My dearest angel we shall never part.
The sparkle in your eye like the stars in the sky.
You make me feel safe and now I know why.
God in Heaven has sent you to me.
To watch over and show me once again how to be happy.
My sweet angel I love and appreciate you.
I have prayed to God and Thanked him too.
For sending me someone so special and true.
To help mend my heart and see me through.
