They are legitimate.

They are pretty good for the person who needs to rebuild credit. But, their rates are high and they will not grow with you as your credit improves.

If you need to build or rebuild your credit, using their cards isn't all that bad as long as you pay in full each month.

If you are going with a secured card, I would suggest going with your bank of credit union first. Or going with Bank of America for the secured.

They are legit, but they are schisters. I have heard a lot of negative things about them; they prey on people with credit problems and charge a lot of fees.

yes stay away only high rates they mixed my credit w/ several
others. they have several names under one umbrela.
