will a s13 89-94 lower control arms fit on a s14 95-98?

no the mounts are not the same and in 95 nissan introduced a completly new suspension with all new components

And to add to that 1999 to 2003 look the same but are not the same the rear mount is different. Nissan name for that part Transverse Link.
