Are you doubting that you have only this reason? And how is Jesus a reason? I think you mean to say, there is something in your relationship to Jesus, or your belief in Him, that keeps you alive.
Be clear in your expression, and you will serve the Lord better. A question mark indicates a query, a request for confirmation or clarification. If you KNOW that Jesus is "the only reason" you live, then use an exclamation mark and don't forget to capitalize the I. You ARE somebody, you know.

Amen! Jesus is worth living for. He sure made a change in my life when He saved me. My desire is to serve Him. He put peace, and love in my heart. I want to live everyday, pleasing Him. As Christians we should tell others about Him, and how to be saved. I put my Faith, and Trust in the Lord. He is my everything.
