I agree with some of this. Like I think we should accept anyone etc.. But, the Bible teaches that if people aren't a Christian (don't believe in Christ) they won't go to Heaven. I don't think violence of any kind is good, but I get confused a little cuz God supposedly told the Israelites to 'smite' their enemys. I think God loves everybody, but I don't think 'everybody' is going to Heaven. So I guess I didn't really answer the question. I just raised a couple more! Sorry!

Yes I do agree. We are not qualified to judge or "throw the first stone", because we are all sinners.

If you claim to be a Christian you need to apply Christ's teachings. He sais, the two "first and foremost commandments" are to love God with you whole being and above all "things", and to love ALL your fellow men and women, even if they may be your enemy!

They are the foundation of all the LAW. Any laws or interpretations deviating from those two are invalid.

I have no doubt that Jesus taught the right way. By the way, He was not the only one who taught compassion AND forgiveness as rules for life. But I believe He did it most clearly.

Just imagine! If all humans would willingly (not because they have been told) act out of compassion and forgiveness toward the "others", there truly would be peace on Earth! - (No, I'm not perfect either!)

In Islam:
"If any show patience and forgive, that truly would be an exercise of courageous will and resolution in the conduct of affairs." Qur'an: Sura 42:43 (Counsel)

No, I don't agree with those things. "Accept" is a very broad term. If you mean "befriend" and "love," then yes, we should accept them. However, it doesn't mean to condone their sin. And the Bible is clear that non-Christians cannot get to heaven: "No man comes to the Father except through Me"; "Whoever believes in Him..."; "Confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and believe in your heart God has raised him from the dead"; "whoever is written in the Book of Life..."; "liars, fornicators, hypocrites, etc., will have their part in the lake of fire." The list goes on. (My quotes are approximate.)

You are right about God not promoting violence and killing is never the way to change things. It is also never OK to say "God hates you," because that isn't true. But some people are going to hell, and they need to be told that truth gently if they ask (and sometimes it's OK to lead them to that question, because they really need to be warned so they have the opportunity to repent).

It is all well and good to teach a G-d of Love, but He is also the Judge. I'm not too good on we Christians thinking it is love, love, love....
sometimes I think that is the message satan gives the world to keep them in bondage.

If we don't accept the Creator, Living G-d of the Jews, He will love us all the way to Hell. But being scared into Hell isn't getting it either unless we realize we deserved Hell in the first place, but, to His Honor and Glory we will serve Him all the days of our lives even if we STILL go to Hell. JUST because He deserves our praise.

G-d does not hate anyone. He hates sin. So much He had to turn away at the Cross just to allow His own Son to die.
He can NOT look upon sin. He can't even see us 'cept for the Blood covering our sins.

We are saved from Hell, but we are still wicked sinners. We will never get it right. But that is OK, for Yeshua took our place to make it easier. One day, one day we will.

It is not pleasing to G-d to out and out tell someone they are going to Hell, we really do not know that. But it is right to warn them they may.

We should accept everyone and it is hard to love some of us beings. But if they are sinful (practicing sin) people you do not want to be bosom buddies. Don't wallow with the hogs. It rubs off.
There are some things Christians just should not do, drugs, alcohol, running the streets. There are some places we shouldn't be caught dead in......like a nightclub or with another's mate. Much more.

And don't give our G-d a bad name. He has caused a LOT of violence and killing in His own time. You can mark my word it was all Righteous, for our G-d is right all the time.

Most of the Bible is to teach us to obey Him and how to live. My land, little brother, didn't you get it with the Jews? He loves them! He loved them way back then, but they had to learn.

He wants Holy people. We ought to do some research on "HOLY" and get connected with what it means. HE is HOLY. We dare not walk over that.

We can except people without excepting their live style. As Christians we are the preach and teach the Word of God, sin is sin. To be a Christian you must except Jesus as your Savior, therefore any religion that teaches different is wrong. Being gay is a sin it is not something someone is born to do, they chose this and it will send a soul to hell. Divorce and race have nothing to do with Salvation. God does not hate anyone, God hates sin, but God Loves the sinner.

No - the Bible does not teach us to accept everyone - not all will go to Heaven! If you accept Satan, Heaven will not be your reward.

If you read and study the Bible - you will find out just the opposite.

God hates no-one, but He has guidelines for us to follow - if you do not follow them - you will answer to Him on Judgment day.

John 12:47-48

47 "As for the person who hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge him. For I did not come to judge the world, but to save it.
48 There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words; that very word which I spoke will condemn him at the last day.

The following is what Jesus said is the ONLY way to go to Heaven...despite what anyone may tell you... just read:

John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
3:17
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
3:18
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Of coarse not. Jesus may not like what we do (that's wrong) but he certainly DOESN'T HATE us, he will NEVER hate us; it's not in his nature. I think people who aren't Christians but live their lives in a Christian like way may get a chance to go to heaven. I personally, not think that it's right to tell a person "you're going to hell" because we as humans don't know who's going to hell or not, besides that person could end up being saved a minute before he or she dies.. But, i do tell people that they're acts may send them to hell.
