On the Star Wars site you can search for every charactor. I think your son is after Mas Amedda (creepy aide to the Emperor). You can check his link here:
http://www.starwars.com/databank/character/masamedda/index.html

The royal guard are the red clad bodyguards. Your son loves villains doesn't he?

All of the action figures for Star Wars are made by Hasbro, and their site is very detailed:
Mas Amedda (listed on the actual toyshop site)-
http://www.hasbrotoyshop.com/ProductsByBrand.htm?ID=15872&BR=495

Commander Bacara (listed on the hasbro site)-
http://www.hasbro.com/default.cfm?page=browse&product_id=17758

I couldn't find a small action figure for the guard... only a large model costing over $150.

If you don't want to buy them online directly from Hasbro, they should have an outlet list. Good luck!

To the asker (sweets), and anyone else not familiar with Satr Wars:
Here's some descriptions for everyone to become more familiar with who those characters were:

Bacara is the clone commander who is on Mygeeto (the snowy planet) during Execute Order 66 and killed Jedi General Ki Adi Mundi (the Jedi with the large head)

Mas Amedda is Chancellor Palpatine's advisor, who is a secret supporter of Palpatine's new Empire.

Royal Guards are bodyguards to Palpatine. They are red, however, there preview look during the Clone Wars and before was blue, when they were to protect the Chancellor at the time. When Palpatine became Emperor, he turned those guards into his own private ones, and even made some Force sensitive.

rizwanholo1 is right--eBay has a whole category for selling these. Once you've found "Star Wars Toys", you can browse and find different sizes/types of figures, and see what the names really are! Without knowing exactly what they're called, it's tough to find them anywhere!

i actually love legos so yeah i imagine you need to purchase it yet do not bypass overboard. I did even as i replaced into little now I have over 70 lego contraptions totaling in value of over $1300 retail and $seven hundred resale. also make sure you've sufficient room for it. i purchased the well known human being destroyer and it slightly suits because i surely have room for it in that one position
