You can freeze the little containers of pudding and applesauce to keep her food cold... it's thawed by the time she eats, but still cold.

PNB sandwich
Goldfish
Raisins
PNB Crackers or PNB on Graham Crackers
Pretzels
Grapes, bananas
Pineapple tidbits, peach slices, fruit cocktail, pear slices
Ham, turkey, bologna, roast beef on bread
cubes of cheese: cheddar, swiss, colby
string cheese

Cut an apple and an orange into quarters. Take 2 quarters from each and assemble a new piece of fruit (alternate apple and orange quarters). The orange will keep the apple quarters from turning brown, plus it looks neat. I'd be tempted to send her with hot soup in a thermos (since her lunch is only 3 hours after leaving home). I'm not lecturing, but soups are a great way to sneak a few veggies past kid radar. Otherwise just go with whatever sort of sandwich you know she'll actually eat. You can use cookie cutters to make little sandwiches in interesting shapes. Always make sure you add a little something sweet to the lunch, even if its just a couple graham crackers. If not she'll trade some of her nutritious food for some junk from another kids lunch.

Well, here is what we do:

Popcorn cakes with Almond Butter or Natural Peanut Butter. THe kids make these into sandwiches and put little pieces of celery in the middle.

Tuna salad...either on a whole wheat tortilla, whole wheat bread, or with crackers and a celery stick or carrot stick to use as a scooper and spreader.

Almond Butter and Banana sandwiches...also on whole wheat tortilla or bread.

Chicken Wraps on tortilla with whatever they want on it...usually mayo or sour cream, cheese, and tomatoes.

Pizza Wraps on tortilla(this wont work on bread) with pizza sauce, shredded cheese, and turkey pepperonis or chicken, and sometimes I squeeze in raw spinach leaves.

SIdes include:
Yogurt, cheese sticks, cheese cubes, gogurt, banana, apple, peach, plums, cantaloupe, applesauce(make sure it has vitamin C), goldfish crackers or pretzels, banana chips, almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, dried mango, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries.

I tried to leave out the veggies.

Oh, make sure you are using 100% juice boxes. Look for the nutritional labels.

Good luck!

My son takes a sandwich, usually salami on toast, single bag of chips, single pack of crackers & chez, fruit roll-up, twisters, an apple or orange, a pack of raisins or pineapple chunks, a couple of cookies and a juice pack. He usually eats the fruit and juice pack for a snack early and then the rest for lunch, He does change up on varietys but usually sticks to the same amount of items. If your daughter eats her lunch early then maybe you should send her a few snacks and then have her buy her lunch.

when i packed my kids lunch i packed a sandwich, i packed her a small bag of chips, and the fruit snacks or roll-ups, a hi-c fruit drink and some type of snack cake. Dont worry about her not eating her vegatables. IF she is being fed you needn't worry about her food intake. she will get her nourishments... a flintstone vitamin may help. sandwich suggestions... P B & J, bolgna & cheese, tuna, the list is endless on wheat or rye or white.. oh and get her a cool lunchbox.

My daughter is a terrible eater also, she only ate PB&J or fluffer nutter sanwidhes (Peanut butter & Fluff), but then I would pack apple slices which she only ate with the carmel dip or extra peanut butter. Sometimes strawberries, but had to have sugar to dip. Celery with peanut butter dip. That was her lunch with a juice box or water bottle. Oh I forgot once in a great while chicken and star soup with crackers, usually in the winter.

it could seem to be ok. I artwork at college and in lots of cases do eating room supervision. Rice salads are particularly user-friendly with our lot, basically positioned an ice %. interior the bag or in case you elect it warm use a container especially for conserving nutrition heat (no longer a nicely-recognized Thermos nonetheless. If that gets broken then you've one tearful and hungry infant). There are some good ones around.

Depends on her age. I was always given a sandwich, piece of fruit and crackers...occasionally a piece of candy was included. However...kids will respond to creativity and eat things that they find fun or interesting. Try using cookie cutters to shape sandwiches, decorate crackers with peanut butter and toppings (try this with celery as well), cut fruit into fun shapes. If she is a picky eater, this may encourage her to eat. her friends will see the creative foods and compliment or want to try them which will make her proud to have such a cool lunch to eat.

Peanut butter and jelly, tuna-fish, cheese, or whatever they like in a sandwich. Fresh fruit, fruit juice or milk, oatmeal cookie. If they will eat whole wheat bread that's even better for them. Yogurt packs are also good.
