I bought a snowshoe kitten 3 weeks ago, and just brought home a munchkin kitten a few days ago. The snowshoe has since started peaing on pillows, doesn't play with the dog anymore instead hisses at him (the snowshoe would sleep on the dogs face), and hides all day long. It hisses and growls at the munchkin whenever it comes near. The munchkin shows no aggression. They are 2 weeks apart in age, the snowshoe is older. I thought getting 2 kittens at one time would be easier than trying to introduce an adult to a kitten. I was wrong. What should I do? I don't want my house to smell like cat pea (I already have cat attract) and I want my snowshoe to greet me at the door again.

First, keep them seperated for a while, until they get used to their environment and each other's scents. It is a lot to give a kitten a new home, new people, and new animals all at once.

Next, make sure you give them both plenty of attention when you are introducing them. The snowshoe could be seeing you play with the other kitten and feel jealous of that. If you make sure to give it lots of one-on-one attention, it will help.

Time is the only other thing. Eventually, one will assert dominance over the other and they will come up with their own order. What sexes are the kittens? It can often be easier if you have one of each gender, because they are less competitive (although I suppose that is a moot point now).
