I think love exists but you can only show someone love for them to know it, rather saying it all the time. What do you believe?

Showing love is more important, but we still need to hear it

I agree with what your saying. However, I strongly believe that there should be an equal balance between the action of love and the verbal voice of love. Love is gentle and should be caressed in every aspect and stroked in every sense of the beautiful emotion. Both the lack of showing love and saying it all the time can be lacked on either side. Such as saying it all the time but never showing it or vice versa. Majority of people seem to think that making love is having sex in a passionate way and enjoying the mere feeling it stems from. Sure that's the "start up kit" of making love. But making love is an everlasting process, like smiling at the thought of that person, falling asleep in their lap, holding each other, having deep conversation etc... Love is not only an emotion to be felt on a human being but it's also the emotion that leads you to make love to their mind, body, soul...and most importantly, through their eyes. Because once all those feelings of love build it's self up in your system it then overflows and bubbles over and travels to a place to be displayed, and that's non other than through your lovers eyes. When it's there you can see it as well as feel the the vibes splashing from your lovers heart to yours.

-Love is an equal balance!

If what you mean is that action speaks louder than words, then you are very right.

I know some guys who would always say "I love you" to their women but they have other women too. And that's not love at all for me. Why? Simply because when you love someone, you should not hurt or deceive her.

Love is an intangible emotion that really exists in our hearts. And our hearts are that great to hold as many persons as we can love. That's the wonder of love.

But in a romantic relationship, it is also sometimes better if you will tell the person you love that you love her but it should be with sincerity. I have an original quotation about this which goes...

"LOVE UNSAID IS LOVE LOST,
FOR IT TO BLOOM IT MUST BE TOLD."

But still, I believe you when you said that love is better said not only through words but with actions so true.

I think showing love for a woman is very important, saying it is good to if you say it with meaning, a nice touch of the hand is great when you tell her that you love her is nice also

I think true love is extremely rare, but it does exist. A lot of guys and girls now are totally visual, and that can get in the way of love. I think people at a certain age of maturity experience true love one way or another.

uugh...I hate couples that HAVE to say I love you all the time! My husband and I can not stand it. We show it in so many ways...we dont have to reassure the other with the actual words. I think it is a weakness if you say it all the time.

I agree...you can say you love someone, but actions prove it more. Anyone can say " I love you", but it takes someone who truly does love you to put themselves on the line for you...or to call you at 4:30 in the morning to just hear your voice....he does that for me~

hm..i think love is somehting like...kinda like this for example, in math, i never get a flipping thing and sometimes something will just happen like a Spark, and i get it all of the sudden, it's weird, but i think that if i loved someone, a spark will hit me, telling me that i love that person for real

it difinitely has to be shown. Sometimes saying it shows it too depending on the person but actions speak louder than words.
