either she has realized she made a mistake of letting you go, or she wants something from you, and is hoping that by starting with an I love you, you'll find some of those feelings from her that will sympathize and get her what she wants. my money is on the second one though....

It hit her finally. She realized how much of a good person you are and she wants you back. Or she could of been drunk or her friends egged her on to see what you would say. Just be careful on what you do from this point...
