Act really stupid. Fart a lot. Pick your nose. Be clumsy sexually at inappropriate moments. Borrow money and not pay it back. Pretend you think you're being stalked by aliens. Argue with her about stuff you don't understand at all. Tell her that her dad has a cute butt. Take her out to a nice restaurant, drool into the serving dish and accidentally spill food on her. Leave no tip and act like you think that's clever. Confess that you are addicted to having sex with animals. etc. etc.
She'll break up with you and she won't be hurt. You, on the other hand, will become a basket case.

You can’t break up with someone without hurting them because it’s human nature to be emotional. The only way he won’t get hurt if he had already decided to leave you.
Why are you leaving that person? Were they boring you, violent, to clingy? Try working it out, remember good people are hard to find….
But when you do break up, let him know that you would really like it if you remained friends.

There really isn't a good way to break up with someone without hurting them. The best way is to do it gently. Like: I'm going away to school and I don't want you to feel you have to wait for me.
