Energy drinks are bad!!!! If you want a real energy drink, drink something with either soy or whey protien. Odwalla makes a really good protein shake that will keep you going all day. Also there is another brand of protein shake that I like - Naked. Energy drinks raise your heart rate and put toxins in your body. Think about it.

Yes they will make you gain if down them every day...Look at the serving size on the bottle...the nutritional fact listed are for one serving...most of those bottles serve 2.5 people

For example if it has 210 calories per serving and you drink the whole bottle you drank 525 calories.

In addition if the sugar grams are 25 per serving you just consumed 62.5 grams of sugar.

Hence why Americans are gaining so much weight.
Take a multi vitamin instead for the added boost and drink your water...

Boltzman Farms drinks in the produce section at Wal*Mart are healthy and not overloaded with carbs. Just good old protein and vitamins and minerals. The Vanilla is best. Don't touch the green one with the pureed kelp. That one is just so totally wrong!
