Does she even talk to you yet? That can turn into something really creepy for her if not done right, so kind of feel her out first and see if she is interested. And doesn't have a huge football player boyfriend, that will want to kick your ***!

If you look like that (your picture) she might run away screaming! You should leave her things on her door step like cookies, and a note. then when she has a lot of groceries ask her out because she will drop them and you will have free food yet no date!

You don't, you live too close...if she thinks you are a creep its going to make things really bad and nobody is going to date their neighbor. If it doesn't work out you would have to move to not see that person.

i think you should get to know her a little before you ask her out. make sure she has feelings for you so neither of you get hurt. then you should call and ask if she wants to see a movie or go out for coffee or soemthing.
