well the thing about that is that even if 145 is right for another girl of 6' it may not be right for you, its all about how that 160 is on you cause i know girls that are 5'2 140 and you wouldnt think that they are over 105 so hey dont worry about it but yea you can check out body mass, or get a body fat test done, that will tell you what percentage of your weight is fat, if you have ever done sports or things of that nature or are real outdoorsy then you are probably pretty tough and a lot of that is firm mucsle
good luck either way in what you findout and i hope that it works out, feel free to email me with any heath questions, im kinda a workoutaholic,

I would say you are probably at the middle to high end of a healthy weight for you already. Seriously if you are 6' tall i think you would look anorexic at 145 lbs. I am 5'6" and 145 lbs is a healthy weight for me. I would say maybe 155 to 150 would be the lowest you should go and still look healthy, also though it isn't just weight that makes a difference, muscle vs fat ratio plays a factor as well

The standard is 100 pounds if you are 5 feet, and for every inch over 5 feet you can add another 5 pounds. Sounds like you are about right, to thin. Check out the Met Life web site or other life insurance sites. They have standard weight charts for men and women. Do you like the way your clothes fit and do you have some curves.

Well done for losing weight,160lb is a very healthy weight for you, so please don't lose much more if you are still dieting. You don't need to go below 150lb, but I think you are fine as you are. Your BMI is 21.7, which is well within the healthy weight range for you. Take care : )

yer, that sounds like a decent weight range. look up on google or yahoo bmi index tests. this is a body mass index test, it will tell you your percentage of body fat etc in relation to your weight and height, and tell you if this is in a healthy range or not

Instead of watching for the weight why don't you use the mirror?
