I'm sorry you're going through such a hellish experience. My mother has not been able to eat more than a toddler's portion size of any meal for over 4 years. She is now 5'7" and 90 lbs. and is in near constant pain, especially when she tries to eat. She, too, has had all the tests run: Chron's Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, intestinal blockages, etc...Although no doctor has been able to decisively diagnose her condition, the most common consensus is that intestinal ADHESIONS are the likely culprit.
She has undergone numerous colonoscopies and other digestive tract scopes and has had many adhesions (supposedly) "broken" during the procedures. This has had no effect on her intense pain or inability to eat. The doctors have only been treating her symptoms with very strong pain meds.
If you haven't already, research and talk to your gastroenterologist about adhesions (which can be naturally occurring but predominantly come from previous surgeries and/or chemotherapy). Little is known about adhesions and how they work, but this could put you on the right path for finally discovering what has been making your life miserable.
Best of luck!

Stomach problems is pretty general, but my Mom had some severe problems recently (she lost 40 pounds in two months and she was pretty slim to begin with) that the doctor couldn't figure out through the normal run of tests. They finally (through some internet research on her part) determined it was microbe overgrowth in the tracts. She's been on a strict specialized diet for a month now and her symptoms are gone and her weight is holding steady.
Try doing a search of your specific symptoms online and you may run across something.

If you mean by stomach problems, pain, burning, and you've been to the doctor, check what you're eating.Anything with acid, orange juice, tomatoes, or fats like fast foods can cause stomach irritation. Have you given any thought to your emotional state? Stress can cause major problems. You may want to check with a therapist.Hope you feel better soon!!!

If you haven't be able to eat in a year, how in the world can you exist with out food. You must be a human skeleton. I am not trying to be funny or cute. It just doesn't seem possible. Do you live with an IV?
If doctors can't find out what's wrong, then I doubt if anyone here can either.

I have stomach problems, also, and asked a similar question a few weeks ago. And I've done all the tests, tried all the antacids, etc. Look up Gastroparesis, as someone told me to do.
