acetaminophen works in the hypothalamus, it's exact analgesic mechanism isn't precisely known

edit: tylenol does NOT work like ibuprofin or aspirin, tylenol is not anti-inflammatory, they are 3 separate drugs with 3 different mechanisms of action

Tylenol works very much like any other pain killer such as Asprin, and Advil. I recommend Tylonol 8 hour. IT works very well.

It doesn't - that's why I use ibuprofin.
