does anyone know whats wrong with me??

i have aches, chills, my nose is blocked, i couldnt talk this moring, and a few days ago i was throwing up. what is wrong with me and what should i do??

you may have the stomach flu... It going around.. you should get an appointment with your doctor ASAP..
