I paid my loan in full 3 months back. I have been calling my bank to return my title, but they still haven't returned my title. They are saying that they are working with Vehicle Registration Department in Florida (currently I reside in Texas) to get my title back. It has been unusually long time. I am not sure How do I handle the situation. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

The exciting difficulty approximately so-referred to as "log e book" loans is that the log e book (V5C) does not confirm possession of the automobile. this is obviously stated on the documents. this is the automobile itself which has been nominated as collateral for the deepest loan. The own loan company could carry the V5C to steer away from you variety moving "registered keeper" yet they are going to require a extra severe checklist signed till now they pay you. you won't be able to sell some thing which you haven't any longer any right to sell, and if the automobile has been used as protection for a private loan then you haven't any right to sell it.the hot criminal proprietor could choose the flow of "registered keeper" to be finished on the comparable day. So without the V5C you've got issues attempting to sell it to a valid shopper. So in case you think of which you would be able to sell on the automobile on an identical time as the deepest loan company carry the V5C and the lien then you are flawed. Any attempt to try this could bring about you being prosecuted decrease than the robbery Act 1968 quicker than you may re-song your television set. Repossession of the motor vehicle could be final difficulty which you may ought to difficulty approximately - you ought to no longer force it in detention center besides. you have published this so it seems on the united kingdom & eire in user-friendly terms element of solutions. in case you're no longer interior the united kingdom then please click on your national flag on the backside of the demonstrate and stick to the educational to limit your questions on your own united states if the regulation is distinctive there.

The bank lost my title. I had to go apply for a duplicate title. Standing in line in the courtroom sucks. I wrote them a letter and they at least refunded the duplicate title fee. Keep on them. Send a registered letter and keep notes on when you called and who you spoke to.
