Every time I fall asleep, I lose major points essential to my grade.
Usually I wake up from some kid slapping the back of my head.
How can I keep myself awake? I have tried drawing, and sitting up at straight as I could. These two methods did not work, but I don't know anything else to do.

I'd rather not beat a student to a bloody pulp to make him mad. I'd rather stay at a neutral reputation with him.

And I eat healthy foods and go to bed at 10 pm. I need some little miracle cure. The sound of his voice just makes me sleep.

Watch how the teaching words each word with his mouth before sound comes out. It is actually quite fascinating. I do this everyday in sociology with my teach because he is so old and weird that watching his mouth move is low class entertainment.

Unfortunately the teacher is the one handing out the grade.
Boring classes are no fun but part of becoming an adult is learning how to deal with it.

Does the teacher lecture the entire time?
1. try asking some questions
2. talk to your fellow students and kindly make a suggestion to the teacher to vary the routine in the class; group work, watch a movie, ect.
3. at the end of the semester if you get to evaluate the teacher, offer suggestions to make the class more interesting.

Remember, this will not be the last time you will have to deal with a boring person. You may have to attend meetings or workshops or training seminars for a future job that will be as exciting as watching paint dry..........sorry, it;s a part of life.....figure out how to deal with it.

I'm a teacher and a student!

Get plenty of rest and eat foods high in protien to keep your energy for a long time (carbs are quick energy and do not keep with you for a lengthy period of time). Sometimes I doodle if I have a boring teacher and it helps a little. Sad to say, some teachers just are boring and there is little more than this you can do. You could ask the teacher if they could spice up their lectures and such up. Some teachers could be offended, if they're arrogant. If they know what is best for them, they'll take the advice.

Get some more sleep at night. Suck on some lemon drops (sugar free is best). Make a game of it, by trying to guess what the teacher is going to say next. Take a lot of notes.

Getting in a fight with a weaker child works for me. Find your niche. To stay awake, piss off the teacher, then they will be on you all the time, and you'll hate 'em, and when you feel hate, it's very very very (again?) hard to fall asleep. (Or anger...)

Tell your teacher to not be so boring; or just sleep with your eyes open
