I think that he likes me but may be a little shy and won't make a move. I am shy and not really willing to make the first move.

if u really want him o notice u, u should just be yourself and i know that everyone always says that but it is truly the best way! i mean if u r acting like something u aren't he will make a move and then decide that he doesn't like u and dump ya and u really don't want that to happen i KNOW u don't right! so i think u should just be really chearful around him...guys don't want grls who are depressed and sad all the time...show him that u have a good time.. ifu are kinda friends u should start hanging out alot more so that he canget to know u and so that u can get to know him better! hope this helped! o and good luck love ya~baby girl~

Just wink at him and push your lips out a little. Innocent enough but he will notice that you like him and hopefully make the next move. It is hard to get the right vibe from women because some girls are just friendly and we cannot read that as they like us. We need confirmation so we do not feel let down and rejected. a little wink and smile will give him the right kind of confidence to approach you.

Well if u r both shy it is a little difficult, u could try practicing what u r ganna say over and over again to him to help u;r confidence, and be very nice to him, and tell him how u feel!
