I have to do a health project, and I need some example of how you stay mentaly healthy (health triangle) Please answer QUICK!

Make sure that you get proper nutrition and that you have sufficient vitamins and amino acids. Also make sure that if you have any hormonal imbalances or toxicity that you get this corrected. All of these things can be tested for by the doctor and all have a strong correlation to mental health.

Eat healthy, avoid non-natural and processed foods, proper excersize (3 times a week for 20 minutes a day), avoid smoking, red wine once a night is good for you but avoid excess drinking of alcohol (getting drunk is bad), 8-10 hours of sleep a night, avoid illicit drugs, get plenty of sunshine, drink lots of water (5 to stay alive, 8 to feel great, 10 to rejuvenate), socialize with others, avoid bad influences.
Spiritual guidance is a plus!!!

Control stress levels with exercise and nutrition. If someone is already diagnosed with a mental illness of some sort, these are the two most important steps. They should also work with a therapist in regards to relaxation techniques, medication,etc.

Stay away from drugs as they can cause mental health issues such as schitzophrinia, parenoia etc..
Exercise regulary which helps clear the mind and think clearer..

I don't stay healthy by most standards. I vent my anger vocally and I hide when depressed to the point that i know that yelling will do no good so i do not go in public so i will not throttle the first a s s i come across. i try not to be a burden on society..

Eat properly, excersize, have a good "support system" do things you enjoy, express yourself through sports, art, music.
