well, death without too much torture is relatively quicker.
life is long and the memory short.
when we take vows, they are easily broken.
it is easier to be a martyr, therefore.

Plus, being alive longer means your convictions are tested longer.
Whatever God has planned for me, I'm happy. I'll complain, but I'm happy. He's given me a very good life, with as much trials as there were joys. So far, so good.

I think that living for Christ is more difficult in a way, because daily you have to die... of your self. Dieing is just a one time thing no matter how painful it is, but living, you have to do that every day, with thousands of chances for you to fall and fail Christ. Yes, I think that living is much more difficult.

The more difficult life is getting up every day, going to a less than exciting job, being kind, merciful, forgiving, compassionate, selfless and generous in a world where you practically get run over in supermarket check out lines.

And then getting up and doing it all over again the next day.

And the next.

To die would be more difficult, even though it's out destiny, most are afraid of the unknown. Even though I feel I know the other side, who knows I may chicken out last minute, that would depend on the circumstance, and to be there at that moment.

Dying for Him is the easy way out...living for Him takes courage, sacrifice, patience, devotion, loyalty & most of all Love...traits so difficult for an average man to perform...

Dying For our faith is, i believe not what He wants us to do...loving helping, defend the opressed, risking your life for a stranger...

God is not Up there in heaven nowadays, He is here suffering among us.....

I think dying for Christ would be harder. Living for Christ is essentially a very pleasant way to live! When we spread love and peace, the people around us generally treat us well.

"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Matthew 11:28-30

I think the living for him is the hardest. I am Christian and I find that if I were asked to leave and follow him somewhere I am not sure I could. That would be hard. Dieing for him would be alot easier I think.

For me, I think it's much easier to live for Him than it would be to die for Him. I have 3 small children and I worry what would happen to them if I died. So I think it would be very hard to die for Him. But if faced with that, I hope (I think) I would die for Him.

Dieing is easy, your home free, living takes, living up to GODS will everyday it is harder cause there are constant temptations and Satan trying to misguide you.Hope that makes sense.
