You don't need to spend any money on getting a guy to like you. Be yourself and stay that way. Don't change yourself for anybody. If you really want to get his attention, go up to him, say hi, and introduce yourself. He'll be impressed. Good luck!

Be his friend. That's the best way for him to notice you! He'll get to know you and know you for you. He'll pick up on the great girl that you are and will want to get to know you more. After you're his good friend. Flirt with him, see how he reacts. If it's positve, continue on. If not, stop, don't ruin your friendship!

Yeah just go up and introduce yourself cuz most of us tend to tune out or very oblivious to things.
He'll be like, "hey you are one of the few brave ones!" He'll be impressed for sure

Just go up and talk to him. Sometimes it takes a while for a guy to notice you, so try two or three times. If that doesn't work, maybe he just doesn't like you.
