ive worked out for 3 months using cell tech and protein shakes and i want to just stop using the supplements but i still want to work out will i loose muscle mass?

You'll be fine. This is the problem with these shakes and pills, everyone gets tired of them, and it isn't realistic trying to always have them. Good for you, you will get plenty of protein in your daily foods, fact is, we all get too much. If you want you can go to your search engine and type in "how much protein do I need" and you can learn all kinds of good things.

No, you won't lose mass if you stop using these things. Just continue with your weight training and diet the way you have been and you'll be fine. They aren't vital to a weight training routine, just the same way diet pills and Slim Fast shakes aren't vital to weight loss. The protein powders are just to help supplement your diet to add protein if you need it. They can be convenient to just shake and go after a workout, but you can also grab some beef or turkey jerky for extra protein also. Good luck!

No. Aslong as you still eat enough Calories and Protein from whole food.

Your muscles will lose water weight when you stop using cell-tech because the Creatine pushes water into your musle. So you may lose a little water weight and size, but you lean mass will stay with you if you eat right.
