You really to be calling your vet about this. If you don't have one, I think you should find one ASAP. As someone mentioned, your dog could be having seizures.

my dogs two and sometimes her teeth chatter, she hasnt done it in a while and i dont no why she does it but shes in perfect health

it's pnomoneya, take her to the vet. when your pet shakes and chaters when its hot out side there's only one answer.
