It's not bad. It's bad when you say it and mean it. Remember also what the Bible says...God is all forgiving!!

You're speaking of the "unpardonable sin", which many have misinterpreted. Rest assured, you didn't commit this sin, in fact, it is impossible for a true Christian to commit the "unpardonable sin".

It has to do with refuting Christ in such a way that you turn from Him forever. God understands that people have moments of frustration and pain. Life can suck, He knows. We're emotional, He knows.

Here's a link to a website with some better answers than I can give. Scroll down to where you see "Author Dr. Henry Morris..." and read that bit. It's about the Pharisees turning away from Christ even though they witnessed His powers in action.

your fine, but as do ask for forgivness from God. Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is rejecting Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, rejecting forgivness towards other, and saying that the work of the Holy Spirit is coming from Satan. The Pharisees did this to Jesus when they said that he is getting his powers from Beelzebub, the prince of demons.

The holy spirit is a whiney little ***** if it's going to hold a grudge against you. Even Santa makes good on christmas goodies, whether or not your mom says you only deserve coal and tube socks.

It is refering to denial and denouncing of the Holy Spirit in your life.

It is the Holy Spirit that moves in your life, drawing you nearer and closer to God who wants you to want to know Him.

It is the Holy Spirit that tugs at your heart and causes you to feel remorse when you have hurt someone.

When you deny and denounce the Holy Spirit in your life, you quench Him from moving further in your life, causing yourself to become cold and hard hearted (Like Pharaoh was toward the Israelites).

That is a scary situation to be in. Denouncing the Holy Spirit to the point that He denounces you and allows you to suffer fully in your sins.

Should you die while in this state, never repenting and seeking forgiveness, then yes, you will spend eternity in hell; however, if you humble yourself to the promptings of the Holy Spirit in your life, and allow Him to show you heavenly things, giving you eyes to see and ears to hear... Then of course you can be forgiven of your sins and spend eternity in Heaven, with Christ Jesus who died on the cross for the remission of those sins so that you might not have to. ---Selah

"blasphemy against the spirit of truth (holy spirit) means rejecting Jesus Christ as lord and savior, this is the ONLY unforgivable sin. Accept Jesus as lord and savior and you have a chance of being saved, you must live a good life and help those in need also>

Yes, the Holy Spirit is a wonderful supernatural power that you can only get through Jesus Christ. I think that you have been hasty in your words and have been very foolish.

this same Holy Spirit KNOWS You didnt mean it. dont worry. ask God to put a "watch" at the gates of your mouth, like David asked for in the psalms.
the blasphemy about the Holy Ghost is about claiming that it comes from SATAN........ the worst lie.
even thinking that by accident out of fear of thinking it, doesnt count!

Why would you accidental say something like that? What kind of conversation would lead to a statement like that? If indeed it was an accident, just ask forgiveness. God knows your heart.

If it was said and you did not mean it, talk to God. He will listen, and He will forgive you. When He called that the unforgivable sin, he meant if you didn't repent and get it straightened out before you die, then you would surely go to hell. If you ask Him, in Jesus name, He will forgive you.
