Take the initiative and talk to him. Not all boys are brave enough to talk to a girl, and some other girl may take him away from you if you wait too long. Then you will be depressed and angry.

just be one of his best friends talk to him laugh with him. because the guys really arent gonna go for the looks its all about the personality. good luck with your problem.
