To not eat at all. If you eat something unhealthy you can balance it out with something healthy the next day or by exercising it off. Not eating is way worse.

Eat something unhealthy. I can not eat a meal or fast for a day, no problem. But eating something yukky and maybe getting sick is not my idea of a good time.

If u just mean lunch I say not eat it, we're not talking nothing all day long. If you are that concerned, and if you are talking about school or something bring ur own lunch. if this is just a scenario, I have a third answer: eat something healthy. Hope I helped!

If you do it on a regular basis?

Neither one is good for you, but not eating at all is putting yourself on the fast track to some serious health problems.
