Let's get one thing straight... guys ALWAYS care about the sex.
The question is whether they care about you at all. You can only answer that question by knowing what kind of person they are. If they are self centered and only look after their own needs then they only want sex. If they treat not just you (a guy will do a lot for sex) but everyone with respect and pay attention to their needs then he might actually care about you. And the sex. :D

Its really simple. Dont give it up for at least a month or longer. If a guy is only after sex he wont wait that long.
