A friend and I are doing a survey on exersicing methods of people for our health class. He's doing it on the streets, and I am doing it here. Could you help out?
I work out by walking and bicycling. What's your Style?

Try the following : do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.

Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read fitness magazines, like Shape and Fitness for motivation and tips.

I do cardio 4-6 days a week for 30 minutes at the gym on the elliptical, stair machine, treadmill or bike or I do kick boxing or dancing at home. I lift weights currently 5 days a week both at the gym and at home. I typically design my own routines. Hope this helps with your survey!

Bike to work and back (5 miles each way, about an hour total per day).

Weight lifting during the lunch hour, in a 5 day split routine. Monday - shoulders; Tuesday - Legs; Wednesday - Back; Thurday - Chest; Friday - arms & abs.

i have a membership to ballys, i also have an exceircise ball and some weights at home and a resisitance band. i bike ride, i jog at the beach. i do what i feel like doing either the gym home or go run at the beach.

Every day:
Hour and half in gym.
50 minutes - strength train
Rest of the time cardio and crunches.

Thinking of taking up boxing as an aerobic sport.

I teach yoga, step, bosu, toning classes, plus weight train. I love it!
