I want to know at what time-values is it to be set to make it work

Means there is too much time elapsed between when you sent the command and when the printer finished responding. Check connections, check printers in settings to see what is qued up for print jobs.
After checking connection, power down printer and PC. Turn printer back on and then PC. It will work out its own timing, you need to get them talking though.
Is it a really big file you're trying to print? Might not be buffering properly.

turn it off??? If that doesnt artwork unistall it! If that would not help turn off the pc and restart THEN unistall it, THEN close down pc, THEN turn the pc again on and reinstall printer... if that would not artwork....you want to call tec help or get a sparkling printer
