anyone with mortality tables?

Obseity takes a lot of work to lose all that weight. Smokers can quit at any time, even though it might be difficult, at least you can wear a patch to help quit. What would you prefer to do, wear a patch for a few months, or spend hundreds of hours trying to burn fat.
Smokers generally manage to function well in every day life, but obese people struggle to do just about everything. I've smoked many packets of cigarettes when I was younger, and then I quit. I'm still very healthy, and can run, play sport, ride bikes etc. Obesity is a lot worse for your health.

mortality tables? oh yes I have one here just let me....lol This is a very good question! I honestly don't know which is worse. Smoking kills, and so does obesity. One causes cancer and the other heart disease.

Believe it or not obesity is. But if you have the cancer gene then smoking will get you. Obesity will get you one way or another but smoking is a gamble depending on your genetic makeup.
