if so what methods do u think are most effective

It has worked for me and people I know. But you have to be open to it. If you try to resist it you will. It doesn't make you do something you don't want to do. It just helps give you a little push in the right direction.

i read it works only when you are able to be hypnotized, that is only if one can hypnotize you. Not all are hypnotized. Secondly the person doing that must be trustworthy, not the one who steal your ring and watch and makes you unwanted things. Hypnosis is effective only for certain disorders of mind but not a cure all method.

first before I say anything, yes it works if you believe that it will work.

If you think its just a bunch of baloney then it is. But you have to put yourself in the mindset that it works and let yourself be suseptable to it.

There are many different forms to it including self-hypnosis which is acually pretty effective. Anyway, good luck and have an open mind!

It only works if the person who is being hypnotized believes that it can.
