no, but flying knees probably are... they are much cooler, you'll be the man if you can connect with that

No, at no time in any tournaments, even full contact tournaments are groin strikes allowed, you'll be disqualified eventually. you'll get a warning first, then they'll deduct a point for each time you continue, after that you'll be disqualified and then banned from the tournament, or banned from any local tournaments afterwards.

hell no. and many time knees and elbows are not allower ether. rember a knee or elbow can be much deadlyer than a punch or a kick
