The portion of it that comes from water will come out via sweat and urination.

The portion of it that contains fiber comes out through defecation.

So, it largely depends on what goes into the smoothie. If you are using fiberous things like celery, you give more "bulk" to the smoothie. If it is just water and banana and other less fiberous products you get less bulk out of it. I would toss in some flax seed or other fiber material just to keep you cleaned out.

What is a "smootie"?
It's probably a combination of poop and pee if you drink it but I have no clue what it is. SPELL CHECK! Or explain if it's an regional thing. But I think it's a spell check issue.
