I have been getting blur's and lightning flashes in my left vision for 3 years. As much as it doesn't hurt it's more annoying that it doesn't stop. Could one condition cause another?

u might want to check that out it could be from TV flashing light patterns which would increase the chances of seizures check the doc with that and when your waching TV dont watch it so close and dont watch in the dark for your own brain

Truly I don't think that they are related although, anything is possible. But I am concerned about the bright flashes inasmuch as many head injuries have bright flashes of light in the field of vision as a side effect. I think you should definitely seek a physicians opinion.
